Shearn Group supplies businesses only: independent retailers, convenience stores, toy and gift shops, discount and variety stores, cash & carries and regional wholesalers. We do not sell to the public.

The minimum order is £5,000 + VAT. Orders can be mixed across categories.

Payment is by bank transfer. Full payment details are confirmed when your account is set up.

Account holders receive offer sheets by email as soon as stock lands. The Shearn Group WhatsApp channel carries live deals, clearance lines and new-stock alerts, and is free to follow.

Yes. Resellers and online sellers can open a trade account as long as they are a business buying stock to sell on and their orders reach the £5,000 + VAT minimum. Apply with your company or sole-trader details in the usual way.

Yes. New businesses are welcome to apply. It helps to give a company number or, for a sole trader, your name and trading name; a trading address; and an idea of the categories you want to buy and your likely monthly spend. VAT registration is not required.

Shearn Group distributes branded toys and games, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods such as household, laundry, personal care and health & beauty lines) and confectionery, plus seasonal, gifting and clearance stock as it becomes available.

Branded. Shearn Group focuses on recognised names that retail customers already know, so the stock is easy to sell on.

Yes. All stock is sourced from brands, authorised distributors and reputable trade partners. Best-before dates on food and confectionery are stated on every offer.

Orders need to reach the £5,000 + VAT minimum in total, but that total can be made up of many different lines, so you can trial several products in one order.

Yes. Shearn Group delivers to trade customers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery cost and lead time depend on the order and are confirmed with you before you commit.

Collection and customer-arranged haulage can usually be agreed. Ask the sales team when you place your order.

Our core service area is the United Kingdom. For export enquiries contact the sales team with the products, quantities and destination and we will confirm whether we can help.

Yes. Shearn Group buys surplus, clearance, end-of-line and overstock in toys, FMCG and confectionery from brands, distributors and retailers. Send a stock list with quantities, location and any best-before dates and the purchasing team will reply quickly.

Branded, saleable stock in our categories: discontinued lines, packaging changes, seasonal overruns, cancelled orders, excess inventory and closing-down stock. We do not buy counterfeit, damaged or recalled goods.
